Why this should be read: Funny, touching, and brief, these five things take place while Teal'c and Cam are still getting to know each other. Teal'c shines in his role as mentor to the new guy, Cam is endearingly well intentioned and clueless. It's a bit like the best of cannon Teal'c and Cam friendship in season 9, amplified, with a Synecdochic twist.
Teal'c hadn't said that no one had needed to "take" him anywhere for years, because Colonel Mitchell was making an effort, and Teal'c respected effort.
