OCs are definitely welcome! There's an original character tag for starters, and "outside perspective" is on my future themes list.

Also, speaking for myself, Minervacat's Look to the Heaven and Number the Stars, with Claire Carson as the Librarian of the SGC, is on my top-ten best fics list. :)
