Why this should be read watched: Brihana makes so many wonderful vids that it's hard to choose just one! From the hilarious Stargate Cantina to the angsty Say the Words, she covers ship, gen, humor, drama, team... If you enjoy SG-1 vids at all, take the time to browse through her work. The vid I'm reccing here is a fantastic retelling of the end of S1/beginning of S2 arc, starting from TBFTGOG and ending in Serpent's Lair. Great music, great scene choices, and I love the way the lyrics fit the story line impossibly well. A real treat that I always enjoy rewatching!

Eh, I'm not sure.

Brihana has a long and sometimes bitter history of having her vids plagiarized. (Probably because they're that good.) I know she's moved her vids from one site to another over the years. She had her own website for a while, and that was hacked, so... so I'm not sure what.

I can't get the LJ vids to run either, which is why I used the AO3 link for this vid. Maybe we can somehow get in touch with her and see what's going on?

Edit: I should add that I was kinda hoping that it was just me who couldn't see 'em on LJ. Sigh.

Also, it sucks that people should steal her vids and pass them off as their own work. Because that is very very rude.

It's a chronic problem, although happily, SG-1 has been mostly spared in comparison with other fandoms. I'm going by stop_plagiarism with that assessment; I might be wrong.

BTW, three of her other vids are uploaded on AO3, including the Stargate Cantina. And you'd like Wake Me Up Inside. So there's that, at least. :)

Some of her stuff is on Vimeo, too, like "Eight Years On", which is one of my faves.

I really did want to see the "Galaxy Defenders" one, though. Maybe she'll be porting it soon.
