Why this should be read: I love it when the guys are smart and competent, plus I have a soft spot for adventure stories and this fic satisfies on both counts. I was going to rec this for the Teal'c friendship theme but didn't get to it, and it works for the Daniel friendship theme just as well. :)
Teal'c and Daniel, on an adventure.
“I don’t suppose there’s anyone back at the settlement with a radio?” Daniel Jackson asked.
“Mine is the only one on-world, to my knowledge. I have it with me.”
“And those Goa’uld communication devices?”
“Are far too rare and expensive for personal use, even by members of the council.”
“So, walking it is!”
