Why this should be read: Looking through my old bookmarks, I can't believe I never posted this here, because it is really one of my old favorites and I have re-read it quite a few times. Set post-Heroes, this is Cassie, raw from losing yet another person, not consoled by what anyone says. And this is Teal'c, not trying to console by words. And that's what helps.

Why this should be read: I am on such a Jaffa (and Tok'ra) kick since... well, forever. This is just a little AU snippet with Rya'c and Bra'tac after Teal'c dies, and yet it captures everything in that Rya'c&Bra'tac&Teal'c dynamic that I love so much. Both the anger and the understanding, both Rya'c's youthful struggle for independence and Bra'tac's wisdom.

Reccer's Weeks: Calling Yvi!

We are now starting Reccer's Weeks, in which a specific person volunteers to rec a mimimum of two fics during the course of a chosen week. First up is

yvi, who has often recced here in the past. These recs can be any genre (as long as it's gen, heh) so it'll be fun to see what we get!

yvi will be tagging all recs with the reccer: yvi. She can continue to use this tag even after the week has ended, and is welcome to retroactively tag any previous recs as well.

If you are interested in doing a reccer's week for the comm, there is still one week available. Since
